So I just updated the firmware of my computer...and it lost ALL CMOS data. All the settings (which I understand), but also all the boot entries. I had to boot into an Arch Linux ISO, mount my root, home, and ESP. Do `history | grep efibootmgr`, and then `!####` to re-add the UKI entry. Not fun.
