There is no way this happens in this form without electing Katie Wilson, and no matter what else happens, it was worth it for this. This is almost the most meaningful thing we can do as a city for the climate.

Doubling the sales tax. Regressive. Nearest bus stop to my house is .8 miles uphill, the 40 and 45. I’m on the fence about this one tbh.

It is doubling a very small portion of the sales tax. It is doing nothing like "doubling the sales tax". Re the distance you have a bus stop - yeah, that doesn't sound great.

Yeah I get my steps in! It doubles the portion (not much money for some, probably more significant to others). I expect more results. I will not keep voting for money to go to seemingly worthwhile endeavors (unhoused neighbors, light rail to neighborhoods) without seeing a difference.
