This tactic is absolute bollocks – we're having similar with an ASD assessment, and we've got two weeks to fill in mountains of detailed forms or we get kicked off the list after being on it for almost three years.

This time pressure at their leisure is so unhelpful. In an infinitely minor way, I was told to resubmit a request to my GP on the Evergreen app (awful) because they’d rung me twice and I hadn’t answered. I was in an event for two hours and I’d submitted the request four days earlier!
