This video from Senator Padilla's staff, shared to Twitter by Fox LA's Elex Michaelson, shows Padilla forced to the ground by men wearing FBI uniforms who then handcuff him behind his back. This is after he is forcibly removed from the Noem press conference for asking a question.

Assaulting a US Senator is a crime under 18 U.S. Code § 351.

I guess the FBI should arrest them.
