We must #resist in every way possible! Everyone should install #ICEBlock to protect themselves and their communities. You can see reported ICE sightings within a 5 mile radius of your current location. It's free, anonymous and could literally save someone's life. apps.apple.com/us/app/icebl...

Sorry, there will not be an Android version because there is no way to provide 100% anonymity. Each person's device ID would have to be stored and that information becomes discoverable should the government issue a subpoena. Only iOS made this possible and completely protects the users.

Would the device ID be stored if it was sideloaded?

why does the app absolutely need to have push notifications

So it can notify you of any ICE presence nearby.

isn't there still public safety value in having the app available for you to open and manually check even if it can't send you push notifications

so don't include notifs. realtime alerts are obvs v useful but it's better to be able to check the app/share info than not have it at all
