I just saw that one of my former classmates was a barrister for Apple on this one. Reminds me why I never went down that path - I'm far too opinionated to be able to sit there and come up with legal reasons to justify why Apple behaves the way it does.
I have a lot of gripes about Australia, but one thing they do really well is consumer protection, competition law, fair trade, etc. Not sure they would have done this if the EU hadn’t ordered it first but either way, good outcome for users. www.judgments.fedcourt.gov.au/judgments/Ju...
