The fundamental problem with low-carb diets is that bread is *delicious*.

Sara Lee "Delightful" bread is decent and half the price of Hero bread or others. 2 slices = 15 net carbs

I'm guessing that's an American thing, I don't think I've ever seen that here (or any of the other countries I've lived).
