Controversial option: mozzarella cheese is not a good cheese. It's stringy, far too chewy, and doesn't even taste that much of cheese.

You gotta try a better mozzarella! 😌

To be fair my dislike mostly applies to cooked mozzarella. Cold in a caprese salad it's 👌 Put it on pizza though and it makes too much hassle to eat 🙅

Go for stracciatella di burrata instead.

I have issues with the texture of burrata. The outside bit is nice, but... 😅
