Two weeks ago I wrote about my development workflow for Chatto, and feedback has been fantastic. I'm particularly happy that it even made some of my AI hating friends go "okay, that's actually quite cool". We need to write more about our actual work, and in less of a preachy AI-salesperson voice.

The biggest question/criticism towards my post is that it doesn't really have the answer to how all this can scale to entire teams. I don't have the answer for that, but I also believe that it's not entirely the right question to ask.

Maybe this time, the organizations will have to adapt to the process, and not the other way around. I'll have more to write about this soon (I hope.)
