belief in restorative justice leaving my body when the crime in question is some form of sexual violence

I will probably typing this out on a hellsite. But that is an actual question I have: how does restorative justice work with crimes that aren't against property and have actual human victims?

One of the thing you see is "well make a large donation to a relevant charity". But that's just buying an indulgence isn't it? Another is "well you gotta explain what you did every time you are getting a new colleague" but what that would restore? If anything it'd risk re-traumatising the victim.
