Like, if the game has anime women in it, make the game stylized and anime-looking!

hadn't watched an sgf or anything like it in quite some time, and man, the unreal engine stink on everything is fucking crazy. thinking about how cool games used to look, and getting sad about it now.

as someone who plays both anime games AND realistic shooters this take is sending me～ you can have both, the dissonance is part of the charm (≧▽≦)

between this, the pink haired twelve year old fighter pilot in ace combat 8, and also every single woman and their run cycles in modern resident evil games i am declaring you have to pick and choose. you can make a game with anime girls or you can make a hyper realistic graphics game but not both

Actually, I think we need MORE anime women in hyper-realistic AAA art styles

This is how I feel. I mean Gundam is literally an anime franchise. Why make your new Gundam game look like every other game?

Why can't they go full anime for the artstyle? We've seen Genshin and Wuthering Waves prove that it can be done well, just copy that artstyle.
