my younger brother is shaming me into completing #AdventOfCode this year for the first time gonna do Rust while it's are trivial and then prolly give up and move to TypeScript for Quokka.js

doing Day 2 part II with local context after doing it with brute force was a very silly idea. Cursor Composer Agent was somewhat useful for writing an analyzer to diff the solution with brute force.

it's wild that Rust's standard library doesn't include `regex`
