Yup, anything Trump says he's going to do and then doesn't do, it's because he was blocked in some way, got convinced another path was more 'winning', or plain got distracted from it. As you said, It's never because he wasn't serious about it.

He never jokes because he is incapable of being funny. And his addled brain is incapable of concealing his true intentions. He intends to do all of these insane things. And Putins approves. And Miller, Hegseth, Homan, Noem, Rubio, Vance, Thiel, Musk, etc. approve. This is no joke.
