You may also wish to save the source for the page (as of this post, the page-source still shows your referral-URL in the link) and somehow give it an irrevocable timestamp.

Seems like it wouldn't hurt, if you haven't already, to register the work for copyright (and hence open a bit wider the narrow door to statutory damages).
