On the one hand, we have glp-1s, on the other we have everything we eat costs more and gives us diarrhea. Are we even going to be able to attribute weight loss in the US to new meds? /s

I would be surprised if the measurable improvements in health attributable to GLP-1s outweigh all of the problems downstream of millions of people losing their health insurance during this administration.

And I'm a huge GLP-1 booster, I just think it's hard to get benefits of a single class of drug > gutting the social safety net.
