Today, the Government has approved a new EHRC Code of Practice. This document tells service providers that they can exclude trans people from single-sex spaces. This is unlikely to mean that trans people will be excluded routinely, but it does mean it may happen more often.

Thx. SO ..what's your advice to those of us being admitted to hospital either as an emergency or for routine care, which has info about your GRS on file, being faced with a question about sex at birth (never asked previously),and not wishing to be segregated from the sex on our current birth cert?

Why hasn’t anyone sued the AMA for not clarifying that trans is congenital when they pushed for trans care to be covered by Medicaid, which is what made the wingnuts lose their shit?

It seems Jame Rowling lost her shit when the NHS started covering trans care, despite her being a massive welfare queen before her book went bestseller. The housing, food and medical care she got for herself and her son far exceeds the cost of a vaginoplasty.
