I'm in Ireland, getting my eldest kid setup for college. I'm acutely aware that I've spent 90% of my "in-person" time with them. I may be an emotional mess next week.

The chart is sad in its own way, but very helpful for me. I saw it a few years ago and I took the message to heart. It will never be enough time but I am doing my best.

Haha! It's all good, just hit me HARD. I forwarded to a couple of buddies with similarly aged kids, and all I got back was "oof" and "yikes." If anything, it'll only reinforce my desire to be as annoyingly present while I can.
