The past week or so has been fairly constant teaching and so I’ve been in VSCode and vim. I went back to Cursor today and it loaded up in agent mode. Was a bit confused and then found the button to switch to IDE mode, phew. when I quit and came back again, same problem. Is their new owner?

I looked up Cursor and it's an "AI coding agent" and not an IDE so that tracks? oooh "acquired by SpaceX" Yeeaaah, kill it with fire.

The upshot is I think I’m done. Back to neovim for me, just need to reliably work out how to accept ghost suggestions and then I’ll be happy.
