Please help! I need to repost this. Sony refuse to recover my stolen PSN account (despite 2FA). I’ve lost 19 years of purchases. They won’t help unless I provide the serial number from a old PS3 which broke in 2009. Are there any journalists interested in this story? Anyone can contact Sony?
