so Trump 2.0’s war on every single non-evil job did destroy my career and traumatize me a lil bit, but the thing is that, like many people in my position, I’m quite capable of synthesizing that trauma into a single-minded thirst for revenge

main thing keeping me going these days is that I intend to live long enough to watch them suffer, you know?

Really feeling the Yamamoto quote about "awakening a sleeping giant" lately. We are through the shock and fear phase and are now deep into the "every grandma and gentle parenting dad is vibrating with bloodthirst for revenge at levels I did not realize were possible"

They just spent the entire weekend attacking a country known globally for being nice and polite for no good reason other than to shake them down like a bunch of mobsters. I really do not think that's going to go over well with most people. Even Maga has to be like "The Canadians? Really?"

Real MAGA cultists genuinely think we are a communist wasteland after the trucker thing in 2022, but everyone else is like "uh, what? The hockey people who say 'sorry' all the time?" lol

Thing I love most is how we're basically out here being the only country who's giving the big orange a big ol' middle finger and fighting back. I hope Carney laser focuses his Tariffs on every swing state.
