Not only MUST it be a Judicial Warrant signed by a judge, judge magistrate or clerk of the court - the name of the person listed on the warrant MUST be spelled correctly and the address MUST be listed accurately.

An administrative warrant does not allow agents to break down the door of someone's house if they refuse entry. How does it matter? Most ICE detentions are on administrative warrants. Being out of status is an administrative, not criminal violation. It’s as legally valid as a judicial warrant, they just can’t search the house subsequent to arrest. Get mad about the parts of this that are real.
