This is blatantly unconstitutional and the only reason why this is being treated seriously is because this captured court has been so outrageously deferential to the regime in the past. This shows how far our democracy has declined.

All he has to do is declare that there are to many errors in the distribution of ballots. And the election needs to be rescheduled. Law suites - congressional hearings. It will take years to straighten out.

Trump is insane. But no one cares. The Republicans don't care that Trump is nuts. The MAGA~base don't care their King Cyrus or Lord&Savior is a dementia psychotic. The "SCOTUS" doesn't care Donald Trump is a ranting old man. NO ONE CARES. It will take a World War or World economic Depression.

Trump running to his rigged court to get permission to rig a federal election. Yep. We knew this was coming. The question is: Will there be a 5th justice with a spine and a conscience to tell him no?

If you try to vote by mail this fall you're crazy. Go to the polls. You can do it. The rest of us should start arranging rides for people. Offer them to anyone who might need one. You might save the damn country.

USPS job is to deliver mail not enforcing a tyrant policy. Failure to do so is a felony. Trump and admin is violating law by interfering with postal service and the law. Convicted felon is committing another felony.

The postal service is a mail delivery service with zero authority to make such large ranging decisions regarding voting. To imagine otherwise is a blatant corruption of our democratic process.

Horrible idea. Judge Talwani has already rightfully put a restraining order on this. It’s too close to the elections. Now that the USPS has published the rule, & BALLOTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN SENT OUT, it’s clear it’s way too late for this. It’s also unconstitutional, the Feds can’t set election rules.
