When a state undermines an American’s 5th Amendment rights the Fed Govt step in to defend them. Here the Fed Govt is undermining them, clashing with state law. Fauci lives in DC, so has no state law to protect him. If SCOTUS doesn’t either we have a constitutional crisis. @jenpsaki.bsky.social

There were many civil servants who understood that, at some point, they would have to "pay" for their service. I think Fauci understood that too. The difference with the current lot is that they're all just opportunists.

It's official. Dr Fauci is receiving more of a sanction than have all the pedophiles and traffickers and protectors of the Trump-Epstein child sex slave trafficking ring combined. Rand Paul's neighbor should have finished the job.

So Covid was a conspiracy, Trump was in charge during it. Voter fraud cost Trump the 2020 election, but Trump was in charge during it. So then I suggest that every time a republican (or supporter of the republicans) plead the fifth, they too get sent to the DOJ for contempt of congress.

I beg of all of you to stop focusing on Fauci. That is exactly the point of all this chaos. He has a pardon. He is in his 80s. The man will not see a jail cell. We already know we are in an authoritarian state. This is for the GOP to rile their base.
