I thought they wanted to "support the troops" and "take care of our vets first". They are such lying hypocrites.

It’s funny how racism, xenophobia, transphobia, etc can override your sense of what’s in your actual best interest.

What's been really interesting is how their efforts aren't just focused on the "woke" issues. They're screwing vets with this one. The cut backs or closures on food programs will impact rural more than urban. Farmers and people. I guess the MAGA voters have served their purpose.

It just keeps amazing me that they want to give that tax cut to the rich so badly they’ll kick veterans out of their homes. That’s so despicable I just can’t believe it.

It's been 100 days of punishment for vets, many of whom likely voted for this lying bastard. I hope they're paying attention. Fox and the GOP surely won't tell them what's happening to them. My father, his brothers and brothers in law all served. I hate to see what Trump and Hegseth are doing.

That's exactly the part of this I don't get. And it's not just vets. Plenty of MAGA voter pain is being inflicted. At a certain point those voters are going to HAVE to wake up to how they were used, right?

Great. “We support our troops!” … at least until they are no longer troops, in which case we no longer care whether they are healthy, homeless, unemployed, etc. as the son of a career USAF officer and Vietnam vet, I am truly ashamed.

To all the veterans...thank you for your service, but if you voted for Trump all I can say is we warned you. If you were too stubborn to listen last time you have a chance to stop him in the next mid-term elections. If you vote republican again then I have no fucking sympathy for a masochist MAGA
