The "you can't say AI doesn't work" argument doesn't hit for me. A bunch of stuff in history "worked" with perverse externalities. You CAN recover gold from circuit boards by having children barbecue them over open fires in the street but it's not worth discussing as part of the future of recycling

I can't prove it's because of AI, but Apple's dogshit autocorrect and slide keyboard have gotten noticeably worse over the last couple years.
