CBO's analysis of the House GOP version projects that combined w/GOP letting IRA tax credits expire, ~16M would lose healthcare coverage, almost entirely via ACA exchange + Medicaid expansion populations. Coverage losses in the Senate version would be even HIGHER. acasignups.net/25/05/23/sta...

The CBO analysis of the House GOP version breaks out as roughly ~8.2M losing exchange coverage + ~7.8M losing Medicaid coverage, or ~33% of exchange enrollees + ~40% of Medicaid expansion enrollees. If the Senate version becomes law, those are now LOW-END estimates.

#ALASKA: At least ~28,000 on Medicaid & ~9,500 in exchange plans would lose coverage. Another ~19,000 in exchange plans would see MASSIVE (and I do mean MASSIVE) rate hikes, while ~43,000 in Medicaid would have to jump through draconian red tape hoops to remain on the program.

#ARIZONA: At least ~250,000 on Medicaid & ~141,000 in exchange plans would lose coverage. The remaining ~282,000 exchange enrollees would see MASSIVE rate hikes, while the remaining ~380,000 Medicaid expansion enrollees would have to jump thru draconian red tape hoops to remain on the program.

#CALIFORNIA: Projected to lose coverage entirely: Medicaid expansion: Nearly 2.0 MILLION ACA exchange plans: ~660,000 Paperwork Hell and/or MASSIVE Rate Hikes: Medicaid expansion: Nearly 3.0 MILLION ACA exchange plans: ~1.3 MILLION

All republicans have done since the ACA passed is whine about how it’s not affordable for families. Biden increased subsidies to make it affordable, and Trump wants to take them away. They purposely sabotage the ACA, then attack it. This is what they want.
