Rape culture and rapists cannot be rooted out of society without a complete negation of colonial-patriarchy as a coercive system of sexgender. Coercion and abuse is inherent to it.

Its not enough to just say coercion is bad and to simply target individuals who engage in it, if there is no effort to root out the material structures that produce coercion, the pattern will continue repeatedly on a very wide scale.
