It's been weeks since I can't open the app

Any advice for skylight in the UK it won't open for me after I reinstalled it

Good to know, but the one word at a time captions are not great. I can read at my own pace just fine. I don't need an annoying blinking light distracting me and telling me what word I should focus on. That's a "solution" looking for a problem.
