If we’re being honest, most electronics would (and should) cost way more than they do if we actually paid properly for the raw materials so they could mine safely and not exploit child labor

Best thing you can do as an individual is keep your electronics as long as you possibly can. And organize against Apple, Samsung, etc. Electronics companies make it way more difficult by bloating their software and convincing everyone that they need the newest phone every single year.
