Being that there are so few cases in which competition is affected I fail to understand why this is not dealt with at a local level. I imagine the one or two cases a year in HS athletics in Colorado could be handled by CHSAA. Let as many kids as possible compete in athletics, but watch outliers.

LGBTQ+ High School and Middle School students still face discrimination, harassment and bullying in school but they are protected by Ca state antidiscrimination laws recognizing gender identity and gender expression that ban such practices.

The transgender athlete issue has two purposes: 1) to divide and conquer the electorate; and 2) to distract from the billionaire grift, and specifically the one billionaire who occupies The White House. In reality, it affects virtually nobody and has zero measurable impact on sport or society.

Nothing Republicans are doing is especially deep or philosophically complicated. It's not a ruse. It's not practice for another population. They are targeting trans people because they want them socially isolated, marginalized, powerless, and dead. segregation→marginalization→elmination→eradication
