t3code, with orchestrator v2 finally merged, is like if codex had opencodex built-in which is awesome & should be your main harness if you want a batteries-included one with 0 effort but if you want to customize it and make it your own then bb is an excellent alternative

dsh seems promising but it still looks early and the bb DX is soooo much better for now; tho that can be fixed so i guess t3code wins short/mid-term but if it doesnt get a plugin system in the future then i'd bet on bb/dsh/opencode v2 (havent tried that one yet!) long-term

Hey! Do you share your setup anywhere?

still working on the dsh one! will be there soon github.com/astahmer/dsh... bb plugins are there; i'm quite happy with them given how little effort I put in github.com/astahmer/bb-... and the overall setup is in github.com/astahmer/nix...

Thanks! That's a lot of setup for a harness and an orchestrator, but it looks like it’s worth the effort
