God, I love cheese. It doesn't love me so much.

Me before 40: 2 drinks and cheese appetizer before melted Brie Me after 40: pops lactaid pill chased with pedialyte to prep for melted cheese and booze.

I cannot imagine life without dairy products. When I was coming to NZ, my mum found out corner stores were called “dairies”, and advised me to “drink a lot of milk”. I did.

Highly recommend this. Contains enzymes that help break down food especially cheese. Gf takes it who's mildly lactose intolerant now when we eat delicious cheesy food. Helps a ton!

You want lactase enzyme tablets (such as Lactaid) Brie is full of lactose Cheddar and other aged cheeses go down A-OK w/o the additional enzymes
