We're completely different people in the morning and in the night. Different feeling of urgency, mental capacity, concentration, motivation. Integrating yourself through the day can work wonders. I'm a #buildinpublic night owl myself 🦉 and I've developed some useful tricks for #mindset:

1. I've started recording video messages at night when I'm super motivated, for my morning self to watch. I talk about the things I've learned that day, the missions I have for the next day, the things that excite me and why. It helps me come back to that mental state and feel a continuity.

2. Sometimes I take a moment in the morning to simulate conversations in my mind with my past and future selves.

My younger self tells me why he's proud of me, what he didn't expect, and what I should not lose. My older self thanks me for the efforts I'm making, reminds me not to lose faith, and to enjoy what doesn't last forever.
