Those are all very good questions. He should have remained at the scene, turned over his firearm to local police, and given a statement. He ran. He knew he had just murdered a woman in cold blood.

For starters, he is NOT a cop. If he was, he'd have been fired a long time ago. Cops are required to render aid to injured subjects, not shoot into a moving vehicles, remain at the scene of a crime, and understand how to protect evidence from being destroyed.

The prior incident where Jonathan Ross was dragged by a vehicle was initiated when he was reaching into an open window. Renee Good’s response was to an ICE officer reaching his arm into the open window of her vehicle… clearly the issue is open windows!

That incident, where he reached in the back window of a car moving/with its engine on, was probably also an example of him not following proper procedure. Every time I have ever seen a police officer do a traffic stop, they tell you to turn off the engine and put your hands up before anything.
