Because, Adam, grand juries can only see the evidence the DA wants them to see. Grand juries make no rulings on guilt, only that there's enough evidence to warrant a trial to find guilty or not. So, Epstein could easily have been sent to trial by a grand jury without Trump ever being mentioned.

So he can blame a “radical left” judge for refusing to do so. Or, if it is released, it will only have a minimal amount of evidence…unlike the 25 years of info taking up a warehouse of the FBI. It’s also a diversion. They are two different things.
