(2) Reportedly she's going to be criminally charged b/c a man whom ICE wanted to arrest was before her court, and she directed him to a side exit. This comes in the context of many incidents of ICE agents—often unclearly identified—snatching people from the hallways and sidewalks outside courts:

Can Balifs block entry into courtrooms? Can local police monitor and ask for identification before entry into a courtroom? How can any masked person enter a courtroom?

They are not only weaponizing the Justice Dept against citizens, they are removing abuse guardrails from your local law enforcement departments. In short, they are preparing for war against their own fellow citizens. And war they will get.
