v0.1 alpha of at://2048 is now live! A full Rust 🦀 WASM powered SPA to play 2048. Can play with or without an ATProto login. But if you do, then you can sync your stats and games with your AT Protocol repo and be a part of future leaderboards! 2048.blue

⚠️This is an alpha and has known bugs⚠️ Currently, the OAuth implementation is still being tested over multi day sessions. You may have to log in and log out to see proper syncing with your ATProto repo. You may see an alert notifying you to relog after completing a game.

This is also only v0.1! V1.0 will have: - PWA support - Leaderboards (global, friends, etc) - Timeline to see friends' achievements and stats - Verified badges that are verified to a degree are legit and not someone cheating

Roadmap is: - Take a break 🛌 and play some at://2048 - Resolve current known bugs on the frontend - Resolve new bugs from this alpha - Work on V1.0 features I hope y'all enjoy!

Just taking a look, why do you use a non-cryptographic hash for syncStatus.hash? It's unclear how it's necessary for change detection in the first place when you can just compare the values next to it.

I have always liked using xxHash for comparing. Helps especially if the code is generic and not sure what the fields are. The plan is to use it to help some with indexDB to ATRepo syncing. Will use did:keys with P256 for actual verification and will host those hashes here on this accounts repo

Seeded recorded is hopefully going to help! I suspect someone will figure it out and still fake some games and stats lol. But the plan is for the api to “replay” the games with it to verify to a certain degree before posting a signature

Once the web version is bug free and apview is live, so maybe never haha. Anyone is welcome to create one and I'd gladly help with any questions.
