APPLEBAUM: Since Trump’s election, United States provided almost no weaponry and no financial assistance to Ukraine over past year. The war is now 100% supported by Europe, allies in Asia, Canada, and Ukrainians themselves, who now produce huge percentage of their own weaponry.
