Started sharing with a small group of people (<10). Encouraging response, but no actual signups yet. So largely just marketing site/concept feedback to help improve it. If I had to take a guess, biggest hurdle is trust. Trust in the concept (why should I do this?) and trust in us (why you?).

Yeah, there might be some polite encouragement going on. I can definitely be a bit more aggressive with the ask to help them get rolling or finding out what's currently stopping them. Good reminder. Thanks!
