Franklin did not have the upper body strength to support an entire cannon with his arms; rather, the crafty John Adams strategically placed an elderly Frenchwoman in his line of sight and this is the least obscene angle that could be depicted.

I was gonna post that Franklin could never have lifted that 650 lb cannon in the fight bc he was too busy chasing tail, but I like yours better.

There's so many good ones in there. I always liked Washington punching a tiger. Pretty sure they have this in the new TV show, cause they're sticklers for accuracy like that.
