Trump gets slapped down. We all assumed that he couldn't use our military against us at home, but he tried to anyway. It's hard to support our troops when he uses them as Brownshirts goose-stepping down the streets, masked, waving guns around. Posse Comitatus Act.

We all knew that even before this ruling. Who has the balls to start arresting the men who are breaking the law?

While the courts rejected use of troops not requested by cities, most Republicans voice general support for this. We need more clarity and need to know who may request troops to police their cities. All elected officials must be asked if they support federal troops policing cities in their states.

But what are the repercussions for the administration? Who goes to jail? Who pays? Without penalties, how do these rulings stop the administration from repeatedly violating the Constitution? Autocracy happens just like this.
