We didn't have reservations to visit Bear Lake Road on our first day in #RockyMountainNationalPark, so instead we spent the day driving along Trail Ridge Road and stopping at pretty much every spot that looked stunning 🌲 There were a lot of stops 😅 #Scape #ForestFriday #hiking #nationalparks

Yes.....there are many stunning stops. Try Lulu City some time and Old Fall River Road......fun times.

Driving along Old Fall River Rd was amazing ⛰️ Not a difficult drive, but definitely another scenic one. The transition into the tundra along Fall River felt more adventurous than Trail Ridge. I didn't know about the abandoned mining base, Lulu City in RMNP. We'll have to check it out next time!

That's such a cool experience! I can't imagine many people can say that happened to them! We only got within a couple feet of one while at Emerald Lake. I didn't realize they were so much larger than squirrels!
