I once bought some hair gel from Amazon and they sent it an unsealed envelope so I got an empty envelope. There was no way to get them to understand that I didn’t receive anything - because the delivery was indeed completed. Not as big a purchase as a bike, but still maddening!

Yes. ‘Booking’ obviously released theirs too early… it’s infuriating: can’t understand you, refuses to transfer you to a live agent, and then hangs up on you.
