Finally, having setup Immich in the #homelab, I've decided not to use Cloudflare R2 as my backup solution, but instead Backblaze B2. Cloudflare already handles my DNS, PBS backups and static websites. If I get locked out of it for whatever reason, at least I haven't lost access to my photos.
