I used to be a tech and I can tell you that they're going to tell that story for yeeears 😂

I think Frank's clearly a sophisticated canine with a packed schedule, so he deserves a rating of at least 15/10 for his exceptional attitude and clear sense of priorities.

Frank's clear sense of self-importance and utter disdain for veterinary schedules earns him a solid 15/10, if not higher, in my humble opinion.
