I’ve always been scared to add a "Request Feature" option to our platform. Maybe it’s time to be braver!

Why are you scared? I think collecting customer feedback is one of the best ways to improve our product.

I felt anxious that clients might lead us astray by demanding features we wouldn’t want to implement in our already extensive platform. However, we learned a lot along the way, and now we actively encourage client input! 😉
