This is the Ellerslie Racecourse in Auckland, New Zealand. The deduction is based on the playground inside the racetrack, the hilly Auckland suburbs in the background, flora consistent with New Zealand (like the Cabbage Tree), and the photo's perspective from the grandstand.

Very close. It's the Avondale racecourse in Auckland, with the Waitakere hills in the background.
