Underfoot changes slightly more quickly than the rocks it describes. Here are a few recent ones, starting with packs for all 50 US states. Here's a part of Wyoming:

@openstreetmap.bsky.social waterway data for certain packs (currently just the SF Bay Area). More complete than the NHD for culverted urban creeks (though probably less complete in more data-sparse areas). Here's a trace from Lake Temescal to the Bay in Oakland, CA, which is mostly underground.
