love this!! I've kinda been coming around to the RR option myself since I don't really feel good about the Peninsula corridor being overwhelmed with trains from the tube while also having to juggle CAHSR; but that curve at Civic Center is quite concerning...

also the type of RR trains I think would be great for Geary aren't something you'd find anywhere in North America at the moment, think S-Bahn or Overground. I wonder if something like the new M9s for LIRR would be able to handle the curves, but even still those trains don't have great door spacing
