Further accelerating GDAL sounds reasonable to me as it is the basis of many things geospatial :)

Thanks, are there any algorithms in particular? In github.com/OSGeo/gdal/p... big chunks of OpenCL were deemed not worth the maintenance effort. I’m hopeful there’s a smaller core that is worth it.
